The Nike Air Max 1 Birch/Bright Citrus-Metallic Gold has begun hitting overseas retailers, an eye-popping take on the quintessential running model.
The shoe’s tan-based upper is set off by gold leaf-style overlays, which match up perfectly with the gold zebra striping on the grey leather mudguard. Contrast comes by way of citrus hints on the Swoosh and laces, as well as a subtle teal tone peeking out from the Air unit and eyelets, while a classic gum sole finishes off the fashion-forward look.
Stateside release information isn’t yet available, but stay tuned; a spring release is most likely on tap.

We’re in the homestretch for Beef’s next standard colorway — ie NOT the All-Star edition that hit today — as the Nike Kobe 8 Blue Lights release date is scheduled for Saturday, February 23rd.
The clean, simple colorway goes predominantly blue, with a tonal quasi-camo pattern printed over the Engineered Mesh upper, while a bit of contrast is added by way of grey on the Swoosh and outsole. Retail is $140.
