I still can’t confirm beyond any doubt the existence of a new black Arkansas football uniform for the 2012 season, but the rumors are looking more and more like fact. Today we’ve got a very clear shot of what appears to be (potential Photoshopping not withstanding) the alternate black Arkansas jersey, complete with grey-to-white gradient fade through the numbers, red on the chest text and sleeves, and Flywire through the collar. In addition to looking legit, and exactly like the previous round of shots, it has all the design components we’d expect from an updated Nike jersey (the Flywire collar, for example). Hit the jump for another look, courtesy of Tony Perkis, and stay tuned for updates as we get them.
Nike ACG is bringing the heat this summer and holiday season with a new model, the Nike Air Nevist 6. The high-cut boot sports a rugged design fit for any situation, with water-resistant leather over the upper, Phylon midsole and heel Nike Air unit for cushioning and comfort, and oversized lugs along the outsole for traction and protection. Look for the first colorway, sequoia/tent-natural (style #: 454402-331), to hit stores next month, followed by dark obsidian/total orange-birch (style #: 454402-448) and two others in October, with an expected retail of $115. To the jump!
