I don’t really know what makes a blue Russian, but that is the shade on this Nike Zoom Vapor 9 Tour Russian Blue, and it is pitch perfect. A pale blue — almost light teal, really — covers the stylish tennis shoe’s zig-zag upper, with carbon fiber-looking black around the heel and a white midsole finishing it off.
