Previously just identified as the glow-in-the-dark version, we can now confirm that this is the Sole Collector x Nike Zoom Rookie Galaxy, release date still unknown (though it sounds like details are on the horizon). The sneaker magazine collaborated with Nike Sportswear on the shoe, which sports the famed intergalactic print over most of the upper, set off by plenty of black and finished with those glowing hubs. The Velcro tongue tag can be removed to reveal the Sole Collector “S” logo, depending on preference. Stay tuned for updates. Photos via marqueesole.com
I guess we’re past the point where every new pink-and-blue colorway is dubbed “South Beach,” but the palette, whatever you want to call it, remains one of the best Nike has available. Next up, the singularly good-looking Nike Air Foamposite Dynamic Blue/Fireberry, release date scheduled for September 8th.
Arguably the best colorway so far previewed of Nike’s latest foam-utilizing shoe, this one sports a vibrant, reflective blue over the Foamposite zones, perfectly set off by black on the Hyperfuse construction and pink on the inner-lining, outsole and in the full-length Max Air unit.
